About Liz McVicar
Taking Time with Tea to Treasure Those You Love
Tea teacher, hospitality speaker, natural living enthusiast, and a woman who finally learned how to sleep well every night. I'd love to get to know you.

My Story
Three Decades of Teacups, Caregiving & Heart
For the last 30 years, I've had the joy of running a tea business. I teach women the vintage art of afternoon tea, and I've created tools that make learning how to "do" tea effortless, especially for the woman who doesn't know what she doesn't know.
I also spent 8 years caring for beloved elders in our home. I watched firsthand as excessive tests were ordered and medications were pushed that later caused harm. That season changed me. Today I'm a big believer in choosing the least invasive, most beneficial natural options for life's bumps.
After my own long struggle with sleepless nights, I spent years crafting a system to sleep well every night. Now I help other women get the quality rest they deserve.
Above all, I love the Lord Jesus Christ, and I have fun digging into His Word through Precept Bible Studies. I've been married to the love of my life, Douglas, for 45 years.
