- Avoid all trigger foods.
- Drink 100 oz of clean water a day.
- Take Cortistop at night.
- Use Thieves e.o. on bottoms of feet each night + each morning
- Take double dose of Life 9 when in the middle of a flare
- Add 5-10 drops each German Chamomile and Patchouli essential oils to Epsom salts before placing in bath water.
- Use 2-4 cups of epsom salt bath in very warm water.
- Use Organic Extra Virgin Coconut oil on affected skin. NO petroleum products - ever.
- Use “ice” sleeve (from Amazon) on arm/leg as necessary to deal with there is incessant itch.
- Use Detoxyme enzymes at every meal.
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Sulfurzyme in my morning 4oz. NingXia Red Drink
- 2 oz. NingXia Red in the afternoon.
- Paleo diet.
- 16/8 intermittent fasting.
- Intentionally seek ways to relax - stress seems to be a trigger
- Wear natural fiber clothing as much as possible.
- Use 6 drops Lavender + 6 drops Cedarwood YL e.o. in the diffuser at night for great sleep!
Many of the products listed here are Young Living products. And yes, I am a YL rep. They are the cleanest products I could find and were immediately helpful after my 6 year pursuit of trying to find answers within the medical community. They were only able to offer steroids but I didn’t want my immune system even more compromised. And NO one was interested in my diet/lifestyle which I think can make a huge difference in how our bodies operate. I have spent many years putting this list together.
